De La Warr Pavilion Mug

£1000

The De La Warr Pavilion is an iconic modernist building located in the seaside town of Bexhill-on-Sea, in East Sussex, England. It was designed by the architects Erich Mendelsohn and Serge Chermayeff, and was completed in 1935.

The building is a Grade I listed structure and is known for its bold, clean lines and minimalist design. It was the first public building in the UK to be constructed entirely from reinforced concrete and is considered to be one of the most significant examples of modernist architecture in Britain.
