Where's my order?

Prints, greeting cards, bookmarks & magnets:
Once your order is despatched you'll receive an email notification with tracking details for A3, A2, A1 or any framed size prints. Large letter items unfortunately do not have tracking.

Tote Bags, Tea Towels, Coasters & Mugs:
These items are shipped directly from Star Editions. They will be posted out within 1-2 working days of the order being received and are sent via 1st class Royal Mail Tracking. You will receive tracking information in your order despatched notification.

Personalisation

Personalising a print on my website is FREE! Pop your personalisation text in the field box on the listing and i'll create your personalised print for you.
Generally the personalised text appears above or below the main title or will replace the very bottom line of text on prints where this is suitable. Either way I always ensure the print layout works and looks great.

Can I replace a title on a print?

Yes! Just let me know you'd like to do this in the personalisation field and i'll do this for you, for free! For example you could put 'please remove St Ives title and replace with Summer.'

What's the difference between personalisation and a commission?

Personalisation is where you add a small amount of text to an existing print in my range.

A commission is when you'd like to create a print of a place I haven't captured yet.

Non exclusive Commissions VS Exclusive Commissions

A non exclusive commission is a new design that we create together but I can then add to my range and sell on.

An exclusive design is solely for you. This is normally for house commissions, but can also be a very special gift or as a design for a business to wholesale.
