Bedford River Festival Tea Towel
The Bedford Suspension Bridge, also known as the Longholme Suspension Bridge, is a pedestrian footbridge that spans the River Great Ouse in Bedford. The bridge was built in 1997 and connects the Embankment, a popular public park and recreational area, with the nearby Longholme Boating Lake and Nature Reserve.
The Embankment and the Bedford Suspension Bridge are centre stage of the Bedford River Festival held in the surrounding area bi-annually.
